Lake Village Wildlife Habitat Event

Parents and kids enjoy interesting facts and fun crafts at each of our wildlife habitat club events. We’re often treated to a special appearance from Gomer the Pelican. He’s our funny mascot and the kids love him.

A wide range of fish call Lake Village home. It’s the perfect way to relieve stress, feel free, and bond with that special someone.

Lake Fishing

Most of all, don’t forget to have fun taking a hike. Enjoy being outdoors. Look at all the interesting things around you. Learn to identify our plants and trees. Who knows, you may even spot one of our wildlife critters.

Living in Lake Village is defined as “LV’ing the Good Life”. This slogan becomes a reality when taking a relaxing walk around two beautiful lakes. Life becomes relaxing when feeding the splashing, hungry ducks and geese crowding and shoving to be first. Looking up, we take in the fresh air and engage our beautiful landscape and the amazement of nature. We enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Palomar and San Jacinto mountains, rolling green hills lined with trees. We appreciate the expansive canopy of the eucalyptus, poplar, sycamore, and pine trees spreading far and wide providing a valued habitat for birds – migratory and permanent; the scampering critters and the thrill of landing that one fish. And, then we realize, there’s so much more.

Lake Village provides its members with several activities from Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, Lake Dock, Basketball Court, Halliday Park, playgrounds, and Walking Trails. Isn’t it time you enjoyed living in Lake Village? Get out and have the time of your life – LV’ing the Good Life.
