New Logo Presents Lake Village’s Unique Identity

(Temecula, California) Lake Village Community Association Board of Directors proudly announce the introduction of the Lake Village Logo. The new logo communicates the unique identity of Lake Village’s pristine lifestyle and will be displayed on all Lake Village communication materials and signage - inhouse and outdoor.
The Lake Village logo creates an image about our community that represents our quality life style. Its intended to provide a lasting impression on those encountering our Association for the first time, and those living in our surrounding communities. As such, it was vital that our logo be distinctive, authentic, memorable, and enduring - resonating a strong brand reputation. This goes to the heart of enhancing our home values.

Of significance, the logo features various elements that speak to our history when many homes had gas lamps; our amazing wildlife with the flight of the mallard duck; our majestic canopy of trees; and, the hallmark of Lake Village - our two beautiful lakes.

The Board of Directors also approved a Brand Standard Guide produced by the Communication’s Committee. These standards provide guidelines for the use of the logo and will be referenced by everyone who touches our brand, internally or externally, and will often be partially reused in future brand identity revisions. Because of that, it was important that our Brand Standard Guide define “exact use” details to keep our brand/logo consistent. Included in the guide are the logo’s color palette defining the exact two colors; brand fonts describing font types and sizes; warnings on improper alterations defining that the logo cannot be modified in any way; concluding with a display of design rules for stationary, marketing materials, and exterior signage.

The Board extended its sincere gratitude to the members of the Communication’s Committee for their efforts in formulating the Logo Design and Brand Standard Guide. For more information on the logo and or Standard Guide contact Stephanie Biggs at sbiggs@keystonepacific.com
