New System will Be Available In Coming Days

 

(Lake Village) The Lake Village Community Association Board of Directors announced that the Association’s new security Key Fobs have been received and will be available to members at the upcoming May 17, 2022 Annual Board Meeting to be held at the Lake Village Clubhouse.

 

Members are encouraged to attend the Annual Board Election Night meeting that begins at 5 p.m. to cast their vote and receive a Security FOB. If Members are not able to attend the meeting, a Key FOB will be made available at the Keystone Pacific management offices beginning on May 18, 2022. If a homeowner desires to purchase a SECOND Key FOB, the cost will be $10 while supplies last. We ask each Member to respect the security importance the new system has to the entire Association’s security and not share with outside individuals.

 

In addition, the Board’s Lake Committee will be presenting an overview of the Shore Line Restoration project. This is an important opportunity for Members to learn first hand what actions are to be taken to ensure our lake water is maintained at proper levels and the shore line is protected from erosion.
