LAKE VILLAGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD ELECTION BALLOTS ARE IN THE MAIL
This Election Needs Fifty (50%) Turn Out to Meet Quorum
(Lake Village) The Lake Village Community Association Board of Directors Annual Election ballots are in the mail. The Annual Meeting of Members is set for Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lake Village Clubhouse, 30151 Rancho Vista, Temecula. A minimum vote by 50% of the Members is required for quorum. This election needs our members to mark their ballots and return in the provided envelope. Deposit your ballot in the mail at least five days prior to the deadline for voting, or hand deliver your envelope to the Inspector of Election at the Annual Meeting (Lake Village Clubhouse) before the polls are closed.
All five Board Member positions are open with Erin Andrade (Incumbent), Valerie Bruce (Incumbent), Curt Kucera (Incumbent), Gladys Medina (Incumbent), Josh Cummings and “Wright-in” are on the ballot.
Members are asked to do their part in voting. This will ensure Lake Village Community Association continues its mission to support an association of diverse neighbors, who voluntarily work together to enhance and protect property values and quality of life; to be guided by a set of principles that are fair, equal, inclusive, ethical and objective; to embrace critical and creative thinking for research and prudent budgeting; to remain focused on our environment, health and goodwill; to seek valuable, sustainable solutions to maintaining our common area, lake, facilities and equipment; to uphold and follow our governing documents; and to promote our Association brand to build positive name recognition and long term value.
