The Annual Lake Village Board of Directors Election is on May 23, 2024!
You can mail in your ballot or bring it to the board meeting on May 23rd to ensure a valid election and continue enhancing our beautiful community.
A quorum of 126 ballots is necessary for the election to be valid, but the community has only averaged around 40 ballots in recent years. The election is essential as it enables homeowners to elect volunteers for financial decision-making and community growth. Without a valid election, existing board members will continue to serve.
Furthermore, residents must vote on an IRS ruling regarding the rollover of excess membership funds to the budget for the next year to prevent potential taxation. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
