LAKE VILLAGE HEIGHTS GATE DAMAGED
Unfortunate Incident Causes Destruction to Newly Installed Gate

(Temecula, California) A newly installed vinyl gate located in Lake Village Heights on Villa Altures Road was heavily damaged by an unknown source. This gate was installed as part of the Association’s ongoing Beautification Program. It replaced a long standing chain that had severely rusted over the years. The new gate is described as designed and constructed with an attractive white vinyl. It displayed the Association’s new color coded signs reading Private Property, Lake Village Gas Lamp Community. Attempts will be made to fix the damaged gate hopefully saving the Association considerable replacement costs. It is not known how this damage occurred but witnesses state, “It may have been a DUI.”
